The UNDP organized the two-month training program, allowing engineers to enhance their knowledge of Solar PV systems and Solar Water Heaters and develop their soft skills.
The program was implemented under CEDRO 5 Project (a European Union Co-funded project) with 100 Engineering students being trained, with 50 % of the trainees being women. The program took place in different locations across Lebanon.
The program was organized by the UNDP, and the Order of Engineers in Beirut, implemented under LHSP, and funded by the Canadian Embassy. The program helped 110 engineers, with 60% of these trainees being women.
