This report provides a technical overview of the biomass briquette production process as implemented in two sites in Lebanon: Bkessine and Andket.
It starts with exploring the importance of biofuels and its sources and continues to elaboarte on the available local and international standards for briquettes.
A detailed overview of the existing process is provided along with references to the specifications and standards applied. Finally, a study for the potential of replicability in Lebanon is previewed.
