Al Fadel public school is located in the village of Rahbeh, Akkar, North Lebanon , and hosts 51 students and staff members. The UNDP CEDRO project funded by the Spanish Government implemented in 2012 a 1.8 kWp solar PV system with batteries to save $394 per year of electricity cost. The system saves the environment 2.8 tons of CO2 per year.
